Vigna nica’s Grappa
The Vigna nica’s Grappa is obtained from selected pomace of Nero d’Avola and Nocera of DOC Mamertino.
For the distillation a discontinuous alembic is used, an ancient Zadra, modified in some of its parts, to be adapted to the needs of a very slow wood-fired distillation.
